Colleen's extensive history in property spans three South African provinces. Her portfolio reflects a blend of properties she has marketed and sold in the course of her career, including a varied range of residential, and investment properties. Her work ethic and commitment is enshrined in her achieving multiple awards as "Top Agent" at Wakefields, where she was employed for several years.
Having written her Estate Agency board exam in 2004, Colleen went on to obtain her NQF4 in Real Estate. She has trained with Jill Corfield, who serves on the Estate Agency Affairs board, Lindsay Gartrell of the Wakefields Training Academy, and the renowned USA realtor, Ed Hatch. She Is a member of the Institute of Estate Agents South Africa.
With nearly a decade of paralegal conveyancing experience, Colleen brings her keen insight and understanding of the real estate transaction to every deal.
In 2013, Colleen was one of the founding members of Save our Berea in Durban. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Animal Welfare Society in Stellenbosch.
A passionate agent, she believes that each property has a story, and that every seller is unique and deserves a personalised and detailed marketing plan to achieve the optimum price in the shortest possible time.
